Louise An | Assistant Project Manager
Louise An serves as Assistant Project Manager at Westward Build Group, supporting project operations across all phases of construction, from preconstruction through project closeout.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California State University, Northridge, and began her career in construction with a strong interest in understanding the full building process as a foundation for her long-term goal of becoming a structural engineer.
Starting in document control, Louise quickly advanced into a key project support role, assisting with pay applications, RFIs, submittals, procurement, cost tracking, and contract documentation. Her ability to manage project information with precision and consistency has made her an integral part of daily operations.
Louise plays a critical role in maintaining coordination between the field and office, ensuring documentation, communication, and project workflows remain organized and on track. Known for her attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to take on increasing responsibility, she is a trusted member of the Westward Build Group team. She works closely with leadership to support project execution and maintain consistency across all aspects of construction.
Juan Lujan | Superintendent
Juan Lujan serves as Superintendent at Westward Build Group, bringing over six years of hands-on construction experience. He began his career as an Assistant Superintendent and has steadily worked his way up through field leadership, building a strong foundation in jobsite coordination, quality control, and schedule management.
Working closely alongside company leadership, Juan has contributed to multiple multifamily developments, gaining direct experience in Type III and Type V construction. He understands the full superintendent process—from daily field operations and subcontractor coordination to inspections, safety compliance, and project closeout.
Known for being a reliable problem solver, Juan maintains strong working relationships with inspectors and helps ensure projects meet quality standards, ADA requirements, and safety expectations. His attention to detail and commitment to keeping projects on track make him a key part of the Westward Build Group team.
