Lauren Robles-Pizarro is a General Contractor with a background in multifamily and residential construction, bringing years of hands-on experience in project coordination, field operations, and project management across Los Angeles.
She began her career in construction at the age of 21, working on a high-rise residential conversion project, where she quickly transitioned from an administrative role into project coordination and field support. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, Lauren advanced through roles including Project Coordinator, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, and Senior Project Manager, developing her foundation under the guidance of her father, George Robles, whose leadership and experience helped shape her approach to construction, problem-solving, and project execution, while gaining direct experience managing complex construction projects.
Her experience includes ground-up multifamily development, podium construction over subterranean parking, and the coordination of structural, mechanical, electrical, and life-safety systems. She has managed projects involving complex building systems such as fire protection, standby power, and utility coordination, requiring detailed oversight and problem-solving throughout all phases of construction.
As a Senior Project Manager, Lauren oversaw trade coordination, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration, quality control, and jobsite safety. She is experienced in working closely with inspectors, consultants, and utility providers to navigate the challenges of active construction projects and maintain progress.
In addition to her construction background, Lauren is also a Registered Nurse, bringing a strong foundation in critical thinking, responsibility, and safety awareness. This dual background strengthens her ability to lead projects with attention to detail, accountability, and care.
Lauren is the founder of Westward Build Group, a company built on the principles of safety, leadership, and integrity. She is committed to delivering well-executed projects while building strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners.
